Mobile video as a mode of interpersonal communication isn’t defined by region or culture but by a universal desire for people to share their stories with those they care most about. That’s why a global perspective has always been important in everything that we do at Magisto.
Today is another example of how we are putting our global perspective into practice. We are launching additional versions of the Magisto iOS and Android apps in French, Spanish, German and Italian.
As part of this international expansion, Magisto also has partnered with Japanese mobile phone operator SoftBank Mobile to preload the Arrows A 202F, a Fujitsu Smartphone, with the Magisto app. The collaboration with SoftBank Mobile and Fujitsu provides a powerful platform to bring Magisto’s special approach to produced personal video to Japanese consumers.
We’re extremely excited about the diversity of language, culture and creativity represented by our growing international user base and we are going to continue the momentum by adding Chinese, Korean, Russian, Turkish and Arabic to our versions in the coming months.
